Spain is different, so is winter in Spain. One big difference is the light… especially in the south of Spain the winter light is delightful… Look at the photos of trees and leaves I took just today. The temperatures are low with 7-9 degrees but the sun is still strong and the effect on the colors is brilliant.
In the south of Spain time is different. While everyone in Europe is thinking of winter we have still autumn. Still the first signs of the end are there… Today I want to show you a few photos of pomegranates and then a couple of photos of leaves. I took the photos during the last two weeks spending time in the Sierra de Aracena. Enjoy.
Trees are extraordinary. That’s why I would like to share with you a few photos I took of trees. All these photos are taken around Alajar in the Sierra de Aracena. I took these photos in the late afternoon… early mornings are not my time of the day…
This weekend I went to the Sierra de Aracena and caught a few autumn impressions. Yes, it is true, it’s still pretty summery compared to the north of Europe. But summer is over. I notice the change in the plants and the sky. Have a look yourself.
Just before the next weekend I want to show you a few shots I took last weekend. As usual I went to the north of Seville, I stopped the car just at the side of the road. So here are the photos.
